How does the return process work?
Your order always includes a return form. If you are returning an article, we ask you to send the fully completed return form along with the article.
You can ask for a new size or a refund. The new size, if available in stock, will be sent on costs of Komrads.

Once we have received the article with the fully completed return form, your return will be processed as quickly as possible. You are responsible for an undamaged and clean return of the article.
Let’s be aware of the impact that the world of fashion has on our environment. Together we can make a change. Make more conscious choices, shop smarter and return less. For this reason, Komrads does not offer free returns and you are responsible for the cost of returning your package. The costs depend on the shipping method you choose and must be paid to the sender.
The purchase price of your return will be refunded within 1 month to the account number used to pay for your order.
Items purchased in the sale can be returned and the purchase amount will also be refunded.
