Hopefully you never need this page, but in the unlikely case that you want to return our sneakers, please read this carefully.
The article can be returned within 14 days after receipt of the product, without giving any reason.
The product must be unworn and undamaged and packed in its original and undamaged packaging.
You can ask for a refund at the value of your purchase amount OR a coupon code for your next purchase at the value of your purchase amount + the shipping costs of your return.
Once we have received the article, your return will be processed as quickly as possible. You are responsible for an undamaged and clean return of the article. You can purchase your return label via our return portal.

Return Cost
Let’s be aware of the impact that the world of fashion has on our environment. Together we can make a change. Make more conscious choices, shop smarter and return less. For this reason, Komrads does not offer free returns and you are responsible for the cost of returning your package. If you have had to pay import duty on a purchase or a return, then you may be able to reclaim that from your local tax office, if you return the goods. Komrads is not responsible for any additional customs and taxes applied to an order. The costs depend on the shipping method you choose and must be paid to the sender.
Refund
The purchase price of your return will be refunded within 1 month to the account number used to pay for your order.
Items purchased in the sale can be returned and the purchase amount will also be refunded.
